Published in books and magazines on a variety of topics, my photography work has gone from a personal enjoyment to a full fledged company. I have gone on to enter my art in many photo contests in both the American photo forum and abroad. My stylized macro rattlesnake images always seem to be crowd pleasers and my rare in situ photographs always induce some clamor. However, I would not consider myself a good photographer, just a good observer of the art that nature has already provided for us. My numerous hours in the the field provide my large series of naturual lighting in habitat images. Studio shoots are not for me, I would rather find the animal where it lives and capture images of snakes being snakes, lizards being lizards and the world around them playing its part to paint a big incredible picutre. Then all I have to do is come in an capture the moment. Pretty simple, and its been a winning strategy thus far.
